外源蔗糖和Ca2+对荞麦幼苗耐盐性的影响

摘 要:

以盐敏感荞麦品种‘TQ-0808’为实验材料, 在100 mmol•L-1 NaCl胁迫下研究添加不同浓度蔗糖和Ca2+处理对荞麦幼苗 耐盐性的影响。不同浓度的外源蔗糖和Ca2+处理均能明显降低盐胁迫下荞麦叶片的质膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量, 明显增 加荞麦叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性及净光合速率, 且外源Ca2+处理的增加效果明显好 于外源蔗糖处理。说明外源蔗糖和Ca2+处理能明显改善盐胁迫下荞麦幼苗的耐盐性, 对盐胁迫具有较好的缓解作用, 外源 蔗糖和Ca2+处理的最适浓度分别为6 mmol•L-1和20 mmol•L-1。

Effects of Exogenous Sucrose and Ca2+ on Salt Tolerance of Buckwheat Seedlings

Abstract:

Salt-sensitive buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) variety ‘TQ-0808’ was used as experimental material. Under the stress of 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl, the effects of different concentrations of sucrose and Ca2+treatment on salt tolerance of buckwheat seedlings were studied. The results showed that different concentrations of exogenous sucrose and Ca2+ treatment could significantly reduce the plasmalemma permeability and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of buckwheat leaves under salt stress, and significantly increase superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activities and net photosynthetic rate of buckwheat leaves, and the increase effect of exogenous Ca2+ treatment was more obviously better than that of exogenous sucrose. These indicated that exogenous sucrose and Ca2+ treatment could significantly improve salt tolerance of buckwheat seedlings and had a better remission to the salt stress, and the optimal concentrations of exogenous sucrose and Ca2+ treatment were 6 mmol·L-1 and 20 mmol·L-1 respectively.
